Printing:

All the pictures are printed on demand. None of the pictures are pre-printed to keep a tangible stock. Some of the special pictures (sizes) may be on limited availability. The amount of the prints per picture is managed by Bfec and it keeps the rights to re-print for future demand.

The options you have for purchase are the sizes that the photographer expects would deliver the best viewing pleasure at the best possible print quality in combination with the available print sizes of the printing companies. Some images might be cropped slightly to take maximum coverage of the printing area while retaining as much resolution as possible. The thumbnail of the pictures online allows you to zoom in on the picture to inspect the quality and sharpness of the picture before you make a purchase.

Printing is carried out by third party printing companies and shipped directly to you. It is expected that the printing companies would make good quality prints, however the photographer from Bfec cannot monitor the quality of the print. In case there is print quality issue or your print arrived damaged check “Return policy - Print Quality Issue “.

Return, refund or exchange is not possible in case you regret a purchase. Because the orders are printed on demand and based on your own personal choice the pictures can not be refunded, returned or exchanged.

Print Quality Issue:

If your product arrives damaged or if there is something wrong with your order, the printing company can be contacted to provide you with a possible reprint according to their return policies. Please contact Bfec immediatly after the package arrived with pictures and details about your order.

Shipping:

Shipping rates depend on the size, weight of the order and address it has to be delivered to. The shipping rate on the site is an estimate of which price class these orders would be subjected to.

It depends on the third party printing company whether the return shipping costs are covered in case of damaged delivery or poor print quality.

You can expect a delay of 4-5 business days after your purchase before your order is sent to the third party printing company. After this step, the estimated time of delivery depends on the third party printing company’s processing speed and your delivery address.

The status of your order will be updated to “Shipped” when the printing company sent your order to your address. Hence a delivery time is dependent on these factors.

Import cost

The shipping costs are based on the expected costs to transport your order to your location. The shipping costs paid at check out do not include import tax or any other added costs. If additional transportation, duty or tax costs are applicable to any costumer’s country or case, the costumer that put this order on Bfec.nl is required to pay those them self at the moment that this is required. These costs will not be refunded by Bfec.nl.

Expected Results:

Your purchase is the image or item you selected as seen on the site. The only exception to this rule is the watermark on the picture. The watermark is purely for copyright of the images. The image you purchased will not be obstructed by the watermark.

No personal information is disclosed to third parties, except when this is part of a service you requested – e.g. forwarding the order to a third party printing company and thereafter to delivery service companies.
